Amazing experience. Kris and the team were so welcoming and helpful and I felt extremely relaxed after the sauna, float and massage. Warren did a great job of working out the knots in my shoulders! A nice added touch that you can play your own music through the speaker in the sauna.

Went for the couples bundle for the infrared sauna and float for black friday and it was excellent. The rooms are completely private, clean and perfect for photos without strangers. Totally worth the money and we had an amazing time. From the chill out area with water and delicious tea to other helpful items like a balm to prevent any irritation and amazing customer service, this place had it all and I highly recommend anyone wanting a nice quiet 2 hours to detox and destress. Would definitely come back again.

🏃♂️ Sydney Marathon 2025 — what an incredible experience! 🏃♂️ Sydney Marathon wasn’t just another marathon — it was the first time Australia has joined the Abbott World Marathon Majors, putting Sydney alongside New York, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and Tokyo. 🌍✨ For me, it was extra special. This was my 4th marathon of the year, and everything I’ve trained for in 2025 was leading up to this event. The atmosphere was electric, the course iconic, and the sense of being part of something historic was unforgettable. I felt great for the first 25km, hitting the sub 5min pace perfectly! My quads and hammys started to tire so had to drop back the pace. I was still able to finish the marathon with loads of energy left over. I then headed straight over to City Cave for a float to recover, body bounced back amazing afterwards, like I hadn’t even run a marathon so good! Peak Performance right there! Grateful for the support from friends and family, the training commitment is intense, and to the community that makes running such a powerful journey. 💙 With my marathon running stamina now under control, I turn to speed work and gym to strengthen the body & legs. On to the next challenge … but this one will be hard to top! #SydneyMarathon #WorldMarathonMajors #MarathonJourney #RunningCommunity #CityCave #PersonalGoals

Great experience with the Flauna combination! The host is very lovely, plenty of information given throughout. The rooms, cabin, bath all very clean. After an hour of floating you feel calm, relaxed, and refreshed.
